As a Manager, you'll lead, facilitate, and quarterback the sales floor while holding your team accountable for our 100% Commitments. You'll also drive your store's success through meeting and exceeding revenue goals and delivering on WOW customer service expectations.
You'll be given the tools and training to make you as successful as you want to be in this sales management position! You'll be measured by your ability to mentor and develop your successors and your store and team's ability to consistently meet and exceed all key performance indicators (KPIs).
Your workout:
Demonstrate the leadership that comes from a minimum 3 years of retail/consumer sales experience (with 2 years in a full accountability management role.)
Monitor and manage team attendance and ensure accountability through counselings and coachings.
Manage the weekly schedule and payroll budget and determine hiring needs. You'll also lead and conduct interviews for prospective new team members.
Respond to customer feedback, resolve issues, and always strive for continuous improvement of the in-store experience.
Own the store visit operations and appearance checklist.
Own all store key performance indicators (KPIs).
Execute high-level in-the-moment coaching and development of your Assistant Manager and Team/Shift Leads.
Participate in ongoing leadership training that will fine tune your management, accountability, operations, and communications skills.
Set the tone in your store for positive attitude and high energy.
