Must have prior experience processing payroll; not coordinating.
Schedule adjustments
Earning codes (absences, vacation, holiday, fmla, etc)
Adjustment to programming problems
Entering data associated with payroll (changes to w4 forms, direct deposit initiation / cancellation, garnishments, etc)
Vacation (Hourly)
Vacation requests
Vacation calendar for posting and email
Keeping track of vacation allotment and usage
Vacation Payouts (Hourly)
Attendance Points
Monthly posting of attendance points
Updating points weekly
Preparation of point summaries and disciplinary action (terms) associated with attendance point
Attendance points meetings with employees and UAW
New Employee Orientation (Shared Responsibility)
Orientation Folders (unless the Department has assistance)
New Employee Badges
Enrolling employees in time clock
I9 verifications
Entering new employee information
Creating new employee folders and files
Review documents completed by new employees
Completing forms to send injured employees to Concentra
Postings in break room
Calling in volunteers to work overtime for other shifts
Fire extinguisher audits
Kamishibai audits
Questions / requests from employees, visitors and via telephone visits
Additional assignments as requested

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
