Oversee the Systems Validation and Lab Technician Group in the Electronics and Instrumentation Business Unit. Facilitate establishment and retention of Systems Validation and Lab design and verification standards and documents. Select new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and create competitive advantage. Approve Systems Validation and Lab project resource plans and budgets. Lead regular Systems Validation and Lab Group meetings. Plan career development and training plans with Systems Validation and Lab associates. Coach and mentor Systems Validation and Lab associates in engineering / technical / management topics. Maintain forecasts of all Systems Validation and Lab projects in the short term and long term. Control the employment/contracting/outsourcing of Systems Validation and Lab staff according to the resource forecast. Ensure all Systems Validation and Lab team members comply with the work plans and processes. Direct and approve Systems Validation and Lab process improvement activities. Assure Systems Validation and Lab associates are properly trained. Direct response to requests from outside of Systems Validation and Lab whenever necessary. Maintain close collaboration with other engineering disciplines and departments and development locations and vendors. Be acquainted with legal issues related to HR and Intellectual Property. Manage Systems Validation and Lab team members when analyzing root cause of issues and institutionalize lessons learned. Manage Systems Validation and Lab Change Control.
Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and 10 years experience as Hardware Engineer, Resident Engineer, or Systems Engineer in automotive or equivalent engineering development/testing experience. Experience must include: Project/Program Timing Planning & Tracking; DVP&R Development & Creation; Test Plan Development & Creation; Test Equipment Specification Development; Failure Analysis; and Change Control Creation and Implementation.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
