- Assist veterinarians in providing care to animals - Handle and restrain animals during examinations and procedures - Prepare and sanitize examination rooms and surgical areas - Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed by veterinarians - Perform laboratory tests and collect samples for diagnostic testing - Provide basic grooming services such as bathing, brushing, and nail trimming - Assist with pet training and behavior management - Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience working with animals preferred - Knowledge of animal behavior and handling techniques - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Ability to lift and restrain animals of various sizes and weights - Basic computer skills for record keeping purposes This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about working with animals.
