Responsibilities:
Assist physician with medical exams/procedures Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments Check In/Out patients and document basic medical history Organize and schedule patient appointments Verify Patient Insurance Handle receivable and payable accounts Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Skills:
Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Social perceptiveness and service oriented Strong organizational and planning skills Job Types:
