The Resident Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and meeting the needs of our new and current residents while providing excellent customer service.
Some Key
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with their needs, including responding to and managing complaints and/or service issues along side the Property Manager and Service Manager.
Respond to resident surveys and send all resident communications.
Create work orders from move in checklists as needed.
Manage the Renewal Process with a minimum goal of 60% retention.
Assist with Notice-to-Vacates and gather information for move-outs.
Manage the online payment process with a minimum goal of 72% payments.
Manage monthly audits, including renter insurance, month to month audit, pet and other ancillary fees.
Complete move-in and move-out inspections when needed.
Qualifications:
2 years of customer service experience within a fast-paced environment.
0-1 year of experience in project management (preferred, not required).
Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on problem solving.
Exception customer service skills.
Familiarity with setting and achieving sales goals Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
