Our company is seeking a part-time receptionist who is FRIENDLY, highly organized, has a positive attitude and enjoys meeting people (a lot of people)! This person will primarily focus on greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person within the organization.
The Receptionist is also responsible for handling incoming calls, organizing mail and completing other clerical tasks as assigned by their supervisor.
Responsibilities:
A warm, friendly personality is a MUST! Greet clients and guests as they enter.
Answer multi-line phone system promptly (with warmth and enthusiasm!).
Field specifics of calls and direct to the appropriate individual or department.
Assist with basic administrative tasks.
Proactive in locating information.
Answer general questions about products and services.
Be able to speak clearly and engage with customers.
Participate as a team player.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
