Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit functions, including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, processing invoices, and posting charges and payments - Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies - Provide exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed - Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests - Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
Experience:
