Summary:
We are looking for 1 experienced Plant Liaison for a Tier 1 Supplier and oversee day to day concerns and issues and address them accordingly on a plant level.
The selected candidate will implement quality alerts and address any concerns between Tier 1 Customer and Hearn the goal is to ensure that daily communication with any concerns is met and all concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving quality of goods Maintain communication and gain a close working relationship between the organizations Ensure all concerns are communicated and addressed in a timely manner Communicate job expectations and coach employees on any open issues Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status Identify areas of improvement and discuss with operations manager to either improve and or change existing work procedures and practices Confer and coordinate activities with other departments REQUIREMENTS Customer Service Skills Highly effective problem-solving skills and techniques Knowledge of the automotive industry is a must Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data Hands-on commitment to getting the job done Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Strong computer skills Able to read and write and speak in English Afternoon Shift ONLY Hours Candidate will work Tuesday through Friday 6:
